May Salvacion A. Magistrado has been practicing nursing for over 15 years and has been Board certified as a Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner since she graduated from Walden University Minneapolis, MN in 2017 with honors . She is a member of the prestigious nursing organization American Association of Nurse Practitioner. She has quite extensive experience working with the Geriatric population for more than a decade. Her working experiences help the adult population to maintain their health and function well. She is a Wound Specialist and has experience in treating acute and chronic wounds.

Nurse Practitioners diagnose and treat illnesses, and can order and interpret tests, write prescriptions, and do many common in-office procedures under the supervision of an MD. Nurse practitioners have a unique focus on wellness and preventative care and like to work in partnership with their patients.

Our practice has been growing so quickly and we finally reached a point where we needed additional help to serve our patients better and cut waiting time. She started on July 5, 2022 and has already been an amazing addition. She is a goal oriented and professionally trained nurse practitioner ensuring a high standard of culturally competent care for a wide variety of patients with diverse needs.
