Rosemarie E. Gozum has been practicing nursing for over 20 years and has been Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner since she graduated from Walden University Minneapolis, MN in 2018 and Certified Wound Specialist by the American Board of Wound Management since August 2021.

She is a member of prestigious various nursing organizations and leadership groups such as Sigma Theta Tau, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners,s and The National Society of Leadership and Success. She has quite extensive experience working with the Geriatric population for more than a decade. Her working experiences help the adult population to maintain their health and function well. She is a Certified Wound Specialist and has experience in treating acute and chronic wounds.

Nurse Practitioners diagnose and treat illnesses, and can order and interpret tests, write prescriptions, and do many common in-office procedures under the supervision of an MD. Nurse practitioners have a unique focus on wellness and preventative care and like to work in partnership with their patients.

Our practice has been growing so quickly and we finally reached a point where we needed additional help to serve our patients better and cut waiting time. She started in June and has already been an amazing addition. She is friendly, funny, and very down-to-earth. Rosemarie handles the whole range of vascular problems in adults. She also has experience in primary care focuses more on seeing same-day sick visits and annual physicals, but she also helps patients manage complex diseases. She is well-trained in women’s health and has a special interest in primary care management. She will be working side by side with our doctors. All patients continue to have access to the care of our doctors.
